It has cold A/C, working heat, and sunroof. Engine runs great and transmission shifts smooth, no grinds. I would consider it to be in very good condition when compared to other 8th generation civics. It does have typical cosmetic flaws here and there, but overall it’s a nice fun daily driver. It has an aftermarket muffler, but other than that it is stock. Just passed emissions.

new Exedy EM1 clutch master cylinder and slave Cylinder
oil change
front lower ball joints
